Every project is different but the main things we usually need are: Your design brief, Your logo (if you have one), content in word format, 50% initial deposit and any other material needed will be discussed and identified by the Creative Director on a project by project basis.
We can move as quickly as you need us to but typically we queue design projects on first come first serve basis. Initial design concept can be sent anywhere from 72hrs or less.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to kick start your project. The remaining balance isn’t due until you approve your design before delivery of approved final files.

We provide quote based on your requirements, that breaks all costs out so you see exactly what you are getting. No flat rates except on promo or offers but there is an additional charge if you need something ASAP
First, we have to make sure we conduct a good design brief so we meet your expectations in the initial concept.
- Bring in the end decision maker as soon as possible and keep them involved.
- Don’t show the design to everyone asking them to give you changes. They will feel obligated to change something just for the sake of change which is usually not beneficial. However DO get initial input from as many people as you need and give us those ideas. We will try to incorporate them in the FIRST design concept. Keep the actual revision and collaboration process to 1 or 2 people. Otherwise the design gets compromised and watered down trying to please everyone. Committees are notorious at destroying strong designs.
- Look over your design proof as thoroughly as possible and make every possible comment, remark, and revision. Once you are done, check it again. Ask us any questions if necessarily.
- Trust us. We have been designing for some years and we know what we are doing. We strongly encourage that you resist the temptation to “redesign” your proof which usually happens because of personal taste and not sound marketing principles. If in doubt on something, talk to us, ask us, and let’s discuss the options. You are hiring us to be the experts so let us.
Your final balance is then due, we then deliver the artwork in relevant file formats.

We work hard to collaborate with you and to meet your expectations. It is very rare but occasionally we produce a design that misses a client’s expectation. We take that very seriously. At that point we encourage you to tell us right away so we can discuss where we missed the mark. In this open, honest dialogue we can get back on track. We often remind the client that we design for the target audience and convey the message in the best possible way. That is first priority. The client can add invaluable insight but we discourage designing just for the client’s personal taste without any real marketing thought. Lastly, keeping the final decision maker involved throughout usually bears the best results. But if you still do not like the outcome we do a 25% refund of initial deposit
Yes. We will make a PDF version of your brochure that is web-friendly. That way your clients can download it from your site or you can email it.
